It looked nice and perfect at first, but when I connected it, there was a yellow line running from top to bottom in the middle of the screen. After inspecting the edges, it's clear that it was broken before being packaged and shipped to me.

Software issue, User Agreement not supported
Nikai TV purchaesd through Amazon UAE, not working with the internet Wi-fi, getting error when processing the User Agreement, several times tried to process the User Agreement acceptance, However not reaching to the next phase, no apps are working, need support to resolve the User Agreement process to be completed to start watching the TV online. Seeking your response at the earliest.

نصيحه لا احد ياخذه من شريته بعد استخدام تقريبا اربع شهور صار مشكله بالشاشة الألوان كلمت الشركة غيرو التلفزيون أيضا التلفزيون الثاني صار فيه مشكلة بالتطبيقات بعض التطبيقات ماتفتح والبعض تعلق والبعض تشتغل شوي وتطفي من نفسها وكلمت الشركة والحين انتظر وش يصير لي شهرين وانا انتظر
