My son-in-law was very pleased with this gift.

Unlike other micro-bricks I've used, these things are pretty bad. Frequently do not fit directly on top of each other very well, with constant seams appearing. All pieces do not have an adequate "fit" with each other, and even have some issues sliding out of place.The large flat pieces were juuuust warped enough to cause structural instability the whole way through.Even using glue, this whole kit was a hot mess. I got halfway through it before it shattered entirely.

I highly recommend this dragon-building set! The finished product is stunning, and I really appreciate the color combination of the blocks. The instruction manual is clear and easy to follow, although the blocks are relatively small, which means it takes a bit more time to find and assemble them. Additionally, it comes with a base that allows you to display small items, which adds an interesting touch. Overall, it's a fantastic choice for home decoration.

I am so pleased with this dragon building block set. At first, I was skeptical, because there is about 2200 pieces and I was worried that dragon would not be sturdy. But I was wrong, the build went great and the dragon turned out great. What I love the most is that this building kit has a base that can hold small items. I just like stuff like that.The pieces are really small so the build is tedious ( i recommend tweezers for some of the areas), but the instructions were great and easy to follow.

I should have listened to other reviewers… I usually have a lot of the patience needed to do these micro block builds, but this one defeated me. Building the box/base was great, but when it got to the dragon I started getting extremely frustrated. The pieces were either too tight or too loose. And trying to attach the back feet was the last straw. Pushing it down to seat it caused looser pieces to fall off. I tried multiple times and finally had to give up. My husband took it out of my hands and threw it in the trash and told me to buy a different one.

These mini blocks did not fit together well. It was very aggravating. I finally quit and will send it to Goodwill. So disappointed!

I love these micro-block builds. I have several ranging from 100s to 10,000 blocks models.I have attached a pic of the difference between a LEGO size block and these .This is another great build of a Chinese dragon with support.The bags are organized by size/color in a generic box.If you have patience and dexterity, this is a great build.I'd recommend 12 to min for this.

I have built over 400 LEGO/off brand LEGO/can’t even be considered LEGO, builds. This one is by far the worst ever. These instructions are absolutely horrific. There is layers upon layers upon layers of different pieces, for one step. Not only that, but never in my life have I seen instructions to NOT link pieces together, and just set them on the table, THEN take the next step by creating a different base, THEN attaching them to the loose pieces on the table from the previous step. What the? Do not buy if you don’t have the mental capacity to go get a phd in building blocks and have 2 decades to decipher these instructions.
