Amazing high quality very large woven basket at great price. Purchased to put stuffed animals, and it is perfect. It sits on the floor, which is better than the hammocks that hang on the wall, those make it easier on the adults but not the child. The basket keeps the toys where they can be seen and reached. Am very pleased, it came folded and I thought it might not open up properly to stand up, but that was not an issue it stands perfectly. I even kept the woven macrame type cord that was used to hold it folded, I can use it on something else.

It’s going on 3 years of having this basket and I still enjoy looking at it. It’s a great option if you like easy, convenient and fashionable storage.

Really pleasantly surprised. I purchased one of these rope baskets from a different brand and I like it a lot but it's floppier and has a harder time keeping it's shape. This was little more expensive per square inch but thicker, and worth it. I've figured out how to ease out the initial bumps and creases in these things - first I use my foot to stretch out and flatten the bottom, making sure the very bottom of the walls are opened up and )vertical from the bottom edge up and not pooching in or out too much. Then I work my way up from the bottom, smoothing hard between my hands. Then I stuff them to the shape I want with towels or laundry, all the way to the top, making sure that I don't leave gaps at the bottom (that's where the slumps start). Then I work the top the same way. Takes very little time for them to conform once stuffed. The first, HUGE one (from the other brand) is still somewhat irregular but I don't really mind - I like the soft look of it. This one moved into shape very quickly immediately as I worked it, no lumps or bumps but still the nice natural softness and earthy colors. NOTE: both of them are bigger than I expected, which is great for my purposes - they hold so much! If you found something like this at Pottery Barn it'd cost an arm and a leg.

Ein wunderschöner Korb. Ich liebe diesen taupe-/braun-Ton. Ich habe den Korb mit dem Dampfbügeleisen bearbeitet, damit die Falten vom Transport rausgehen. Braucht etwas Geduld und ggf. muss es noch einmal wiederholt werden. Beim Befüllen muss man ihn aber eh ein bisschen in Form drücken. Der Korb ist stabil und fällt auch unbefüllt nicht in sich zusammen. Qualitativ scheint er in Ordnung zu sein. Mal sehen, wie er sich die nächsten Monate macht :-) Nützlich und dekorativ. Der Preis ist fair und ich würde ihn jederzeit wieder kaufen.

This is a great basket, the jute and black colouring is gorgeous and natural looking! Such a big basket and great value for money. For the people saying they are unhappy because it is misshapen due to being packaged, this is no issue as it is so easy to return to normal round shape. The above photo is directly after I have unpackaged it, and it has already taken on its round appearance….you just need to pack it out firmly for a few days and manipulate it with fingers, it doesn’t take long. Very happy customer!
