Super clear image, great dash cam!
I’m really impressed with the image quality—everything looks sharp, both day and night. It was easy to install and works perfectly. Gives me peace of mind while driving. Highly recommended

Good buy
Really clear picture, even at night. The screen is big and smooth, and the install was simple. Rear cam works great, and voice commands make driving safer. Definitely a top-tier dash cam setup.

Good Quality and Dependable DashCam
Functionality is pretty good! The videos are crisp and clean and the installation instructions are easy to follow. I watched a video for both the front and the back without any issue. It also came with a tool that helps press the cables into the sides. I can definitely trust this if I ever get into a car accident. It also reduce glare from people behind me which is a bonus.

Okay entry level camera
Review Update**Initially I put a 5 star review on this and am updating it;The camera is very convenient and non-invasive as there is no screen and it automatically starts recording video/audio when there's power running to it. In a lot of cases this video footage should help prevent liability in the event of an accident caused by someone else.It has it's limitations though and has had some issues;1. The footage is not sufficient to capture a license plate in most situations while driving at night, and may be limited in the day as well.2. In areas of heavy trees and certain lighting the camera seems to be challenged by lighting and some scenery turns pixely; it looks like it would still capture a car in that situation, but the footage quality drops a lot in some situations.3. The camera settings could only be changed while the camera was linked to the phone app, for example turning off audio recording or adjusting sensitivity; as soon as the app disconnects the camera resorts to default settings which record audio/video; audio is good because if the camera doesn't catch a license plate but you read it out loud you have evidence and will help with memory, although any personal interior conversations will be recorded. If the phone connects to wifi it takes away data service on my android phone.4. There is a blue light that blinks while the device is recording, except when connected to the app; not much an issue in the day, but at night it can be a little distracting which is partly why I positioned it to the far right. It would be better if the light was continuously blue instead of blinking. The Good;Easy to setup, easy to use, app seems to work, camera has a wide lens angle that captures good front view even when offset to the right of the car with a slightly curved windshield. The night footage is not very good quality but it does catch essential things like traffic light color, which could be the sole determination of fault at an intersection accident. This is a very low cost entry-level camera that should help stop liability in an accident, it could be a good camera as a minimum standard to have in your car, although for more money there are better alternatives out there.

Awful
I purchased this item because after spending too much time slogging through listings, it appeared to be the only option available to do what i need. I have a '94 F150 and i wanted to have both a reverse camera and a dashcam. But my first and most important priority, being as my truck sits high, is i do not want to back over any children, pets, or bicycles. Why this appears to be my only option, IDK. Dashcams exist. Rearview cameras exist. Dual channel 12V monitors exist. I just want a reasonable combination of the three. But most the options are either this one, or a windshield mounted camera that looks in both directions. Which the latter doesn't help for things directly behind my rear bumper.Anyway the problem is, i can't see this in daylight. I think this owes largely to it trying to be simultaneously monitor and mirror, such that depending on the angle of glare i can't tell whether i am looking at a camera or a reflection. Most often it looks like a blurry combination of both.Perhaps this isn't such a problem if you have a sedan and/or your mirror sits back further from the windshield. Or maybe things are better in the $250 range, with presumably higher quality displays. It doesn't matter for my circumstances because in terms of not destroying anything or killing someone, it is worse than nothing. Please believe i tried. I wanted this to work. I turned brightness all the way up, tilted the mirror so it wouldn't catch as much glare from above, etc.. The only thing i didn't try is gluing a sun shield to it, because i need them to take this thing back, but some nondestructive experimentation indicates it might be helpful. Still doesn't matter since there's no way i can trust this thing under varying lighting circumstances.Sad. Even sadder because i read the reviews and selected this specific item because of the praise for its display clarity. Either i got a defective one, or it works WAY better in vehicles other than old F150s, or popular standards and expectations are historically low, or some folk are being less than truthful.

this 4K Rear View Mirror Camera is a solid pick.
I liked how the image quality is sharp day or night, thanks to the solid night vision and gives you crystal-clear video up front and in the back.Setup is easy and it even comes with a 32GB SD card. Plus, the 24-hour parking mode gives you peace of mind when your car’s parked

Clear and good performance
I'm quite impressed with the functionality of this dash cam. The 4K front camera is very clear. Rear camera is also very clear at 1080p and I like that I can still use the mirror without the camera and see the back seat like a traditional rear view mirror. Installation is not easy, just like any dash cam I've owned in the past (i.e. Thinkware) if you want to hide the cables and hardwire it to the battery. However, it's easy if you don't mind cables being visible and there is no need to hardwire (for features like 24hr monitoring while car is off). The menus and settings are are intuitive and easily accessible from the mirrors display, with quick response time. I like this much better than my $400+ Thinkware, and it's at a fraction of the cost. Great product for the price for sure.
