Fabulous concept, Terrible quality.
I’ll be honest I caved for an Instagram ad. The concept is amazing and adorable. I love that the size is very decent and big enough to hold a full set of Crayola markers, pens or pencils. It’s also any little boys dream that it can drive, however within five minutes of opening the package all four of the rubbers from the wheels came off and in the next minute the whole bar holding the wheels came off so overall quality is definitely not good at all. I tried reaching out to the manufacturer for product support, but it was a dead end call hopefully, I can get my money back. UPDATE I got a callback pretty quickly from the company and spoke to a lovely and very kind woman who also emailed that a new one was being shipped out so we are excited and looking forward to that! Customer service is superb!
