Initially, I was hesitant about this new brand of jacks but found out later that it was made by Torin - a long time maker of jacks. Unlike Torin, the customer support by this vendor is excellent.Product is a bit heavy but not as heavy as most full steel 2.5T floor jacks with high lift. Shorter lift jacks made with 100% aluminum would be the lightest and, of course, more $$$. My older Jack which I abused for many years was 1.5T aluminum race jack with a single pump made by Torin. It finally started to leak. So my review is comparing my older jack with this new one - bit of apples and oranges.Pros:Not a racing jack so you can control the drop rateHas 2 pumps for faster liftCan center lift my heavy SUV very high - near 3000 lbs. Also goes pretty low for sport carsLong and sturdy handle make lifting effortlessUsing aluminum body makes it lighter than full steel onesWheels are big, wide and spread out making it very stableExcellent customer supportGood price for a sturdy, low to high lift jack at 5000 lbs ratingCons/issues: only minorPacking plastic wedge was very difficult to remove without instruction. NOTE: after opening the shipping box, simply press the pump slightly with one hand. I prefer this vendor over Torin due to much better customer support. If you want a lighter floor jack with similar spec, Harbor Freight has 100% aluminum version at much higher price. Extremely heavy. I live on a dirt road and get flats often- wanted something easier than the tiny jack that came with my XXL Suv- this thing takes up a lot of room in the back -but to me it is worth it for the safety and time saved.

VERY light. Physically, about 2/3rds the size of a standard jack. All in all, a good jack for someone who needs to conserve space or carry it around. Very easy to remove the head (which is why I bought it.) I modified it to use a cross-beam lift. Jacks up quickly.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is my second Yellowjacket jack. Works as advertised. Reliable, strong and maneuverable.

my friends told be I was stupid for purchasing a full-size jack living in one bedroom apartment but they could not have been more wrong; it is beautiful, my eyes graze over it as it stands by the wall, the saturated color of it, shiny handle and those amazing wheels... absolutely worth the money

This was my first time ever using a floor jack. I was able to get the job done but one frustrating thing is it took some research to actually get the thing to work. I was jacking up a ~ 3,000 lb sedan and the jack just wasn't able to lift. I tried purging it like the instructions said several times but nada. What it took was adjusting/making up the the bottom left screw that made it work. The instructions are garbage.

Sturdy floor jack that is easy to use and quick to jack up your car or truck. I keep in the back of my truck in case it’s needed so I don’t have to use the bottle jack.

I don't write reviews but I'm a little Pissed Off at the moment. I bought this jack October 15th as a gift received it on time life was good. The jack sat in my closet and was brought the night before Christmas. The jack was bright shiny and a hit for my father. Holidays come and go Dad wanted to jack up his truck and check something but the jack couldn't get the truck off the ground... you twist the handle pump the jack and while pumping it will go up an insignificant amount and right back to a height where it doesn't have to support the weight of the truck. This truck is an f 250 and shouldn't be an issue.So I do the online contact and I'm told it's after the 30 day wait time and I'm eligible for a return or refund. (I just want to fix the jack and use it as it is designed to do) So I call amazon after 15 minutes of confirming my account and fighting with an automated system I got transferred to a human. In my head I'm thinking thank god life is about to get better. So I get to the gentlemen who asked me to confirm my account this time I didn't receive my text they tell me that I'm not who I am because the account information linked with the phone number I'm calling from is different... I have one account one number and have never had another or number or account in my life. I ask him to use my e-mail to verify and I don't get that either mean while my last order 10 days ago all occurred without issue... After 30 minutes of this I was told to call back and try again... Thanks Amazon for your wonderful service. I'm an amazon prime member who has been here for 7 years give or take and considering canceling my subscription and avoiding amazon as much as possible. If something changes I'll repost a follow up.
