This product was very helpful, it was just what we needed. It was a replacement for a battery pack that fell 8 feet and broke. This product has worked like a charm.

Make sure you are getting to the specific hunter Douglas shade model. Works like charm. Pop in 12 batteries and the shade revitalized immediately. Kind of expensive for a simple plastic battery case - but I understand it was due to very specific small OEM market

If you have Hunter-Douglas remote controlled blinds, then you've got battery packs. And if you've got battery packs you know that from time to time, even if you do change your batteries faithfully, you will find that a battery(ies) has corroded and the battery pack is compromised, because they are difficult, if not impossible, to clean. So these packs are the answer. They are not cheap, but then neither were your blinds... have you checked replacement costs recently? Bite the bullet and replace corroded or broken battery packs with these BlindDoctor Alta Platinum Technology 2.0 Battery Packs and you will not regret it. Highly recommended.

Used these to replace 2 that broke after being in direct sunshine for six years. They work fine,but were too big to fit in the original HD clips. Ended up having to Velcro them to the edge of the sill.

It saved us a lot of money because we did not need to replace three cellular blinds. We were surprised that the battery wand could go out. It can, and the replacement battery wands work great.

The quality of the shades is quit good but I've had to replace half of the battery holders and several other plastic parts are broken and require velcro to hold the batteries in place. This is the best priced holder that I could find. It's way overpriced like all Hunter Douglas products. Additionally, Hunter Douglas is following the path of several manufactures and abandoned those of us that purchased product five years ago. There is no downward compatibility, and I'll be stuck with thousands of dollars in cost to fix replace the shades if a motor, receiver, or controller fail. The product is excellent quality but the manufacturer is pursuing the low road. I'd urge caution before you buy anything that has home automation associated with it.

Exactly what we paid for. Fit our blinds, which are an older model, and worked just fine. Will purchase again when the other sets of blinds need it.

We have a Hunter Douglas electric blind system that is about ten years old. Several of the wands that were originally installed have now failed, due to cracking of the caps. These replacements are superior to the originals and work well.

bought this battery pack for a backup so I thought came time to use it didn't work no power coming out of battery pack now probably to late for return but a high price to pay for something that not work $ 89.00 I really got took from this order had a service man repair the blind and the case cost $20.00 what a con job by this company
