Easy addition to my routine
I’ve really enjoyed adding this to my routine. The capsules are easy to take, and I like that it feels simple without being overwhelming. I’ve felt more regular and less bloated, which is always a plus. Definitely make sure you drink plenty of water while taking it!

Be careful!!!
I started drinking it at night. The capsules always give me problems, I try not to drink them, it's very hard to get it out of my body. I took 2 capsules to start with, and at about 1 a.m. I started to feel unwell! I went and drank some hot water, and I almost threw it all up! Then I drank some more hot water, and it got easier. No, it's not a very good idea, it has a high magnesium content, which is very poorly absorbed by the body. Read reviews before making a purchase!

A real review
It worked well for me. I wasn’t in the bathroom all day like other reviews suggested. It did clean me out every morning fairly well. And then helped go a few times later in the day. I will say it did help me feel not as bloated or bottom heavy as before. It helped also with my sleep and the energy for the next day due to sleeping. It was fairly easy to swallow I just had to take 2 at a time. The taste of it was nasty though. But I mean I would recommend this because it helped me jump start my gut more than anything. Only give a 4 out of 5 because of the taste was so terrible. Like sulfur and would linger for me.

So helpful to get a good cleanse. Magnesium is gentle on the stomach. Feeling light heading into fall.

100% this works! I was very skeptical at first but after just three days I already started to see results. Definitely give it a try if you’ve been struggling with constipation like I have.
