I swear by these for illness prevention! Whenever I feel a cold coming on, I’ll use the probiotic. During cold and flu season, I will take them regularly.

Can’t say for sure it was my “cure” or not, but I was having a recurring strep throat problem when I used to never contract that and I believe this probiotic does help crowd your mouth with beneficial bacteria to outcompete the strep bacteria. I haven’t had the infection again, so I’m going to continue using this product!

I have frequent tonsil stone due to a tonsil crypt. Before taking this product i always experience bad taste and breath in mouth whenever i have tonsil stone. But since i bought this product for a couple of days now, even though the tonsil stone is present, i dont experience bad breath and taste. I guess it's working. But, technically this will not correct my condition. I still have to go to ENT doctor to get tonsillectomy or tonsil cryptolysis.
