Washing help!
Love this water bottle! But want to warn others. I have had this water bottle for 5 plus months, but never took out the spout to clean it. I may have to get another bottle as a replacement is not an option. The spout and drinking hole are hard to pop out. Would love to buy a new spout to keep my water bottle fresh!

Leaking Seal Gasket Problem
I’ve bought a few of these Ello bottles now, and while I love how cold they keep my water and how easy they are to use, the seal gasket is a total pain on every single one I've had. It just falls out of place way too easily, which constantly leads to leaks. It's honestly really disappointing to see the quality drop like this.
