HP13A - Q2613A - 1 x Black - Toner cartridge - For LaserJet 1300, 1300n, 1300xi

A good toner giving generally satisfactory results. However where sharp definition is required the result may appear rather pale.

No problems, happy with service. Of course only time will tell if toners live up to expectations for overall performance

Item was perfect and performs exactly as required. Disappointed that the delivery was late so because I was then out when it actually arrived, it was left outside my premises on a drain grating in the rain so was wet when I returned. Luckily, as it was reasonably high value, it was not stolen.

These have been stored somewhere cold/damp as the prints are so feint as not drawing the toner out correctly I ordered 3 of these and tried 2 and both the same so returned them.

A good purchasing experience from this Amazon seller. Received the item a in good time.

Didn't work, not fit for purpose. Ink quality was so pale you can hardly read it. Looks like the product may have came from a hospital in France as it has "pediatrie" handwritten on the box, even though the ad and bar code label state it's "new" . OK it was "unused" but I can only guess it was well past it's sell by date when still being offered on Amazon as new. I realise it was a good price and it's hard to find these cartridges for what is now relatively old, but still working and much loved HP laserprinter, but that's no excuse under the law. My existing cartridge this was going to replace still prints 100% better than this one.

I have just put this cartridge into my machine and it is leaving black marks over the paper. I do not believe this is a genuine cartridge or if so it is a refill. I queried the broken packaging on receipt but never received an answer. I realise that it is probably too late to be refunded but I do like to have a cartridge spare so have only just put this into the printer. I will buy from a reputable supplier next time...it just shows how reliant we get buying under the aegis of the Amazon brand. This company lets that brand down. DON'T BUY FROM THIS SUPPLIER
