Pros: So, it does the job. It holds my Samsung Galaxy 7 in the Otter box case and not all holders will fit that. I didn't want to have to take the case off every time I exercise. Velcro seems like it will last a while.Cons: However, it leaves a red mark on my arm sometimes because it has to be fastened so tightly to stay in place. Very hard to lift with it on because it is so tight. I wish the strap had a little more flexible fit.

This is a great size for the iPhone 8 Plus. However, there is a mesh panel that is intended to separate the interior into different compartments. If you put your phone behind this panel, you can't use the screen touch controls. If you put your phone in front of the panel, it's the wrong size. The one I bought would turn the volume on my phone down randomly. I ended up removing the mesh panel and now my phone fits in the armband with the Otterbox on. So that's a plus. But the stitching came apart in the process (hot glue gun fixed this...) But overall this is not a well-designed piece of gear. But better than carrying it in your hand.

i usually do not write reviews. bought this in May, broken by July. the zipper on it was terrible.
