This supplement really works. You can feel the difference in about an hour. You will notice increased vascularity and better pumps when you work out. It also helped lower my BP and increased my erectile function. I recently bought some cheaper stuff and regret it.

Well I'm over 50 so I'm not using this to work out .. the little blue pill is the same except this is increasing your ntric acid levels back to where they should be when you were younger so you function as you did younger .. oh and it's a great amino acid complex .. I'm a professional touring billiard player so I'm waking the table training about 7 hours a day and I can see the teardown in my shoulders ..

I was hoping this would be a cheaper alternative to BSN's N.O. product. But it appears this one will fall short of that task. While it does take a while to work, it will work but only slightly. It didn't really boost my workouts but it did raise my vascularity levels. Overall, I would not buy this again but it may work better for you.

This doesn't give me a boost, just incase you want that. I notice it most during hard exercise if I'm doing light or moderate its not as noticeable. Lets me go intense for longer!

I've been wanting to get back in the gym again but hadn't had the energy to do it. I'm in my mid 50's and have really been needing a boost to get moving after work. I have been making sensible changes in my diet and have lost weight just doing that, but needed something more. Been using this for a few weeks now along side a T booster supplement.
