Received worn-out piece

Return pickup person refused to pick up
I initiated a return since the shoes were not fitting/size issue. The return was scheduled on a Sunday. The item was neatly packaged and given in its perfect condition and yet the person refused to pickup my product. Now the return has again be scheduled for tomorrow which is a Monday and a working day. I am highly disappointed with the Amazon's return pickup people who inconvenience buyers by refusing return pickups for invalid reasons. It is an absolute waste of time and eroding trust to buy from Amazon in future. Now the return is again scheduled for tomorrow, which is a working day and I'll not be at home.
