I have POTS and cannot drink all the sodium drinks my cardiologist wanted. So he had me switch to Vitassium. I started out with the regular strength. That went well, so I switched to extra strength this time and it's working perfectly! I can take this and get my 4000mg of sodium in without getting sick. This combined with my other medication, and I'm feeling so much better! This is the real stuff and totally worth it if you have to get large amounts of sodium in!

One of the 3 ways I add the thousands of mg of sodium to my diet every day thanks to POTS. These are reliable and I appreciate the additional goodies in them.

It’s great in that it doesn’t irritate the stomach as plain old salt pills do. But it takes 2 capsules for 750mg. And it’s a little misleading when you first look at the bottle. I have to take a lot of them to get the dose I need., so it becomes quite expensive as well. Why can’t they put 1000. Mg in one capsule?

I have POTS so an increase in electrolytes is very important. Taking 2 of these helps up my sodium intake and helps me reach my nutritional goals.

This has been excellent for my daughter's POTS. She takes one daily and it has helped a lot.

Easy to swallow. Keeps me alive. I have low sodium due to a medication I take that depletes my sodium. I’ve tried less expensive ones but they taste pretty bad if they get caught in your mouth for a few seconds. These are in capsules and slide right down the gullet.

Unfortunately these did not help with POTS in this case and they are very expensive.

Purchased these for help with POTs, only to then be told that I can make my own for around £5. So yeah, a bit miffed that I spent £42 on these, and to be honest they help the same as home made ones anyway.
