Super convenient
I dread wrapping gifts because of how tedious cutting the wrapping paper is but this cutter saves me so much time. I have so many gift wrap paper lying around and I think this cutter helps with using it! I like how convenient it is and how it holds itself on the roll of gift wrap so I don't lose it. Great product!

Makes wrapping presents easier
I wish I had this when my kids were younger and it seemed like I was an elf at the North Pole in charge of wrapping. Crease the paper, slide a kitchen knife between the sheets and part at the fold. Or slide partially opened scissors along the paper and hopefully not end up with a horridly crooked line or a tear.Pull out the length of paper I need, slide this down the roll, and zip, a perfectly cut line. It fit all the rolls I have, from the cheap stuff from Walmart to the 10,000 yard rolls from Costco (kidding about the length, but those seem to last forever). It can also be used to cut across the paper, to narrow the width. Yeah, that works, but not as well as parting paper from the roll.It would have been nice if they made it so the blade could be replaceable. It appears the body is injection molded around the blade. But it comes with two. Assuming I can find the second one once the first goes dull.

Pretty good
These are pretty good. It’s not as smooth on some more thin wrapping paper but it works well on most of the kinds I have. I do recommend these!!

Great!
I have seen this gadget around and was intrigued. I wrap a lot of gifts and this cutter seemed really convenient. They include a QR code with a demo video on the box and it helped a lot. Once I knew how to set it up correctly, it worked quickly and cut perfectly! My young son was using it with me and he loved it! It cuts perfectly straight lines, which is always difficult for me to do unless the paper has grid lines. This tool is great!

Surprisingly simple to use!
I got this product after seeing it featured on Shark Tank and seeing how simple it is to cut gift wrapping paper with it. The box comes with two of them. It's easy to use and makes what used to be a hassle something fun and straight forward. It's an ingenious design.

Such a clever simple tool
I have to admit that it's impressive how something so incredibly simple and elegant of a solution can exist for a problem we all didn't really know we had. I think we all grew complacent with using scissors to cut wrapping paper. I know I even loved the feel and sound of running your shears down the length of the paper, but it's so difficult to get a perfectly straight cut. We all probably just thought "oh well" and just used our not-so-perfectly cut pieces of gift wrap without thinking "there's got to be a better way!" So glad this got invented. It's literally something we didn't know we needed but we're all more than happy to have one. Cutting straight down a roll has never been easier, it's so worth it. And all it looks to be is literally a craft knife blade molded into an open plastic cylinder. It's simply brilliant!

ridiculously simple. but useful
this little cutter makes you kind of cringe with how simple it is. It's a thing that we've done for ages with scissors....and this makes it easier. Just slide it on your roll of wrapping paper and go. It's safer, it makes the long cuts easier and straighter than scissors do. You would really have to struggle to cut yourself on the hobby blade that 's in there.I don't think you can replace the blade, which is a negative...but if all you are cutting is wrapping paper, then it shouldn't matter for a long while.
