Got this to upgrade my stock backup camera in my truck, wow what an improvement, this Camera is capable of VGA up to 1080p looking video. I was thinking the whole time my factory screen in my Frontier was the weak link. I hooked this simple to install inexpensive HD camera to my factory head unit and now I can see a super wide clear image. It makes reversing out of my driveway really safe now. It has full color night vision without those stupid looking LED lights that some cameras have for night view. It Functions great and is waterproof.

It works well I love it

Good camera works well with my joying radio. It has very good night vision and picture quality. I've had one for about a year and it has good durability and color accuracy. I have bought four of these so far for my different vehicles. Haven't had one die yet.

I purchased this camera to mount high on a truck cap to see over a bike rack (replacing a bumper mounted camera). I preferred the way this camera mounted over the ones with feet because it would make a cleaner installation. It was installed per instructions. On first test I got no video signal. I reconnected the original camera and had a clear picture. Upon further testing I found that I could get a video signal but only if the original camera was hooked up first and then leaving the ignition on and switching connections to this camera. Even then regardless of any combination of the 3 wires that need to be cut (depending on the system type) I got duplicate images. I emailed their customer service provided in the packaging and after one week and 2 follow up emails I have not even received an acknowledgement. 3 strikes: No video signal on start up. Duplicate imaging when video signal was obtained by impractical means. Nonexistent customer service. Other things to know is that it uses RCA connectors so it is impossible to route through tight spaces and the hole needed for mounting is large in order for the RCA connector to pass through. I could have had the same results with less frustration if I had just set my money on fire.

I think the camera is nice, good picture even though I had to use the lower resolution option because of my head unit. Nice wide field of view, can see the surroundings as well as my trailer hitch to make hookup easier. Have not tried it out in the dark yet. The supplier could definitely improve the adjustment torx driver provided with the unit, stripped while trying to set up the unit. I will probably pull the screw and get a replacement from the hardware store because there seems to be no standard micro torx that I have in my kit that will fit it right.

Good camera image for the money. The cable was plenty long enough for my Infiniti G35 coupe. This seems to be a durable camera with strong mounting. I like that you can adjust the lens to get the perfect angle. I have an Alpine ILX-W650 and use this for the backup camera. Installation was straight forward and easy because there are only a few connections that need to be hooked up. It came with clear instructions as well. The night vision is alright with only the factory Infiniti reverse lights. It was packaged well and undamaged upon delivery, which I received quickly via Prime Shipping.

Did not work, switches over when I put it in reverse but screen stays black. I’ve made sure everything was connected properly and didn’t find any no loose wires and it grounded properly my stereo has a designated back up camera rca input so it can’t be in wrong rca port UPDATE!!!! So it was a faulty device but the company was quick to fix the problem almost immediately. They were really helpful in trying to figure out my problem
