Little bit of tech berg
So this is more than a lot of people reason - Apple actually have put a fairly high performance DAC into this little dongleSure a Chord Mojo will outperform but that’s £400 plus the camera adaptor cable £40 and a string of cables and boxesStick a nice pair of earphones into this and it’s good enough , certainly for £12

It this price for a reason. NOT APPLE.
This is in my opinion most definitely not an Apple product as advertised. Should have known really at the price. At first it didn’t work so turned it over and it worked of sorts. Proper Apple connector work no matter how you connect to your phone. You also have to push it in all the way for it to work. I’ll be returning mine as I fear it may damage the Lightning port on my phone.
