Definitely worth the purchase,but a word of the wise half pack of salt is sufficient. I used the whole back and sinuses were on fire.The silicone piece I know so far is good for atleast 2 usages.

The media could not be loaded. I've used both these and various Navage salt pods. Overall, my favorite is the Navage Eucalyptus pods, but they cost about double these. Why this preference you ask? I like that the Navage product is predisolved (very minor), a bit more convenient, and I like the breath of fresh air feeling of the Eucalyptus. It is somewhat like the feeling of sucking on a menthol cough drop. As far as the plain salt versions, these packets vs Navage, I can detect no difference in their performance. Both do the job equally well.I'd like to address some of the reviews/complaints I read here before trying these. Based on my experience, I'd say they may be suspect. Navage has engineered this to make it inconvenient to use anything but their pods, which they charge a considerable amount for. Anyway, let me address 2 issues some have complained about. 1. One individual said the silicone inserts are single use and then fail. I've used mine now for 9 uses and can detect NO change in its shape or function. 2. Complaints that the salt burns when run through their nose. I use 1 packet with 8 ounces of water and have never felt any discomfort whatsoever.This is what I do with the assumption it increases its effectiveness. I pour the salt/soda pouch into the Pyrex measuring cup, then add 8 ou. of distilled water and nuke it for 40 seconds. Microwaves vary so start much lower and work your way up to what's comfortable. The salt/baking soda will be pretty much disolved when you take the cup out of the microwave. Give it a quick stir and pour into the Navage.These salt packs work so it's just personal choice, what's more important, low cost vs convenience. Choice is good! I give this 4 star only because I think they should be even cheaper than .18 per pack. It's only a little bit of salt and baking soda after all, not expensive stuff.

The description on Amazon stated these were for Navage. They are just regular packets. Possibly they will work if the Navage will work with a crushed Navage salt pod and if it does I can use these, then I will be satisfied.
