Great customer service
I purchased this product in December, but unfortunately I wasn’t completely satisfied because it would not hold a charge properly. However, Vofel reached out to me and offered either a full refund or a replacement. It was reassuring to see a company that truly stands behind its products. Although the product didn’t work as expected for me, I was very impressed with Vofel’s customer service and their commitment to customer satisfaction. UPDATE: The company reached out to me through Amazon very shortly after my Amazon review published. They offered a full refund, but I requested a replacement, which I received less than a week later! THANK YOU VOFEL!! I have seen great results with this product. It is not a miracle worker, but I do see lift. I've used it now for an average of 3-4 times a week for about 4 months. At 61, I am happy with the results. ******************** Purchased in April 2024. Now has a cracked head in August 2024. Was not dropped. Looking for a replacement- but no way to contact the company. Hoping this gets resolved- because I LOVE my face massager.
