I already have a couple of hip bags specifically designed for dog walking, but I find them limiting in carrying potential. A few handfuls of treats and poop bags and they’re full. Fine for the half hour walk around the block, but walks further afield need a bit more capacity.This hip back fits the brief perfectly. Using both a waist belt and a thigh belt it fits securely to your side and defies its bulk. You can march along and climb hills without restriction. The number of pockets it offers is ideal for my purposes. I have separate pockets for treats, poop bags, phone/wallet/swiss army knife to the front, sides and top. I also have a cavernous central pocket that swallows my Nikon SLR camera for quick access.Additionally, you get a detachable water bottle holder which is ideal for the dog’s bottle and fits securely.It is a sizeable bag, so the bulk might not be to everyone’s taste. It’s also a little cumbersome to put on until you get used to the procedure. But, beyond that, this bag is a superb addition to the dog walker’s arsenal.

This is a great piece of kit, you just need yo make sure it is secure around your waist and leg, I have mine around my lift leg, the material it nice and tough, the design is good. I use mine to keep my basic first aid kit inside and a few other items, You have one nice size area, then an smaller pocket on the front, two small pockets one on each side and a pocket just about the setup on the waist band where you can keep pens pencil, leatherman or even a few Mars bar Snickers bar size chocolates. On one of the side pockets, you have a velcro patch ready for your use. The waist band is adjustable. Just make sure you have it securely around your waist and leg.

This is great, quality inst too bad. I use it for fly fishing and it holds pretty much everything I need.

I want to give this 5 stars so badly, but ill settle for a 4.8/5. I bought the black-plus and everything was perfect.-comfortable-lots of space-doesnt move when around your waist-easy to open/ close with motorbike gloves (game changer for me)-zip quality is good and are easy to use and buckles stay locked and secure untill needed to release whih are also easy to useMy only issue was that my legs are too big for the leg strap, and the seller doesnt have longer straps :(Either way the bag does NOT move at all when riding/ cycling without that leg strap and the waist strap is easily adjusted to diffrenet waist sizes.Lastly, the bottle holder easily holds my 1L water bottle (and cans of monster just slip right in and stay in with the fastening cord and clip based cover flap)100% would recomend this bag to anyone for some extra storage wether they rider, hike or just for general use :)

Good kit

I originally bought one of these over a couple years ago and it handled 2 years of near daily use as a gear bag for timber cruising. But about a month ago I bought a replacement and one of the pouches came apart in a couple days and gear falls right out. Will probably have to look at a different brand for a replacement.
