I've really enjoyed using this moisturiser, especially during the warmer months. My skin feels comfortable and moisturised throughout the day, but it never feels heavy, even on hot or humid days. I also like that it layers well under sunscreen and makeup without causing pilling. Wife says: This one is great for my acne prone sensitive and combination skin. It leaves me with a soft skin and matte finish that I love. I use it after cleansing with Simple hydrating oil, CeraVe foaming cleanser and applying The Ordinary Niacinamide and Hyaluronic Acid products in the evening. In the morning I wash my face with CeraVe foaming cleanser, apply Garnier hydrating toner, The Ordinary Niacinamide and then Eucerin Dry Touch Oil Control SPF 50 as my last step. I noticed that wearing this moisturiser before my SPF was too much on my skin, so I just use it in the evenings now. I don't wear foundation makeup so can't comment on how it sits underneath. It's not greasy, applies smoothly and absorbs quickly. No stickiness at all, just a lovely soft touch. You don't need much.

Excellent product for my sensitive skin. It's not oily and my skin feels smooth and soft. A bit dry after absorption, that's ok because I use facial oil anyway. I will recommend and buy it again. I love Ordinary products anyways.

I bought this moisturiser for the warmer weather & I am so glad I did. Its thin gel texture makes it absolutely perfect for summer & oily skin. It’s completely non greasy & absorbs very well into the skin. Top tip is to keep it in the fridge for warm days it’s the perfect refreshing fix!

As a man who hates facial products that are greasy or shiny and also I have sensitive skin over the years I’ve bought the most expensive or the best advertised but nothing can compare to this it’s absolutely great, it’s calming it’s hydrating it’s just what the skin needs after a wet shave or a shower, non greasy non sticky non smelly absolutely fantastic

Ho trovato questa crema perfettamente in linea con le esigenze della mia pelle grassa: una formulazione leggerissima (è come un gel), ne basta poca e si assorbe facilmente, lasciando la pelle molto morbida. La crema quindi è adatta a pelli miste/grasse (non lascia sensazione di patina addosso), mentre può risultare insufficiente per pelli secche. Ho scelto questo brand anche perché in base alle mie ricerche, su amazon è uno dei pochi prodotti che offre un quantitativo da 100 ml, a dispetto della maggior parte che sono da 50 ml. Dovendo idratare la pelle tutti i giorni mattina e sera, trovo più sensato e utile offrire quantitativi di questo genere. Ho cominciato a usare il prodotto il 5 Febbraio 2026 e ad oggi, 7 Maggio 2026, dopo ben 3 mesi, ho ancora prodotto da utilizzare. Sto combattendo contro la mia acne con i prodotti di questo brand, e con costanza e pazienza (il vero segreto per sconfiggere gli inestetismi) sto vedendo piano piano dei risultati. Della linea The Ordinary sto utilizzando anche il siero riparatore rosa (Soothing and barrier support) e definisco anch'esso un prodotto di alto livello. Che dire infine del prezzo, estremamente conveniente e senza pari sul mercato (12,67 € per 100 ml è ottimo). Per me The Ordinary è un mai più senza, sono i prodotti di cui la mia pelle aveva bisogno, continuerò senz'altro ad acquistare da questa azienda (ho già fatto qualche scorta 😅) per la qualità e il prezzo imbattibile.

I have tried 7 different moisturisers from different brands in the past few years, but none have worked for my acne prone, combination skin. Their cream based moisturiser feels a little heavy after a few hours, but this one keeps you hydrated constantly. A lil on the pricier end if you’re new to the brand, but it will outlast all your products, making it a one time cost. Buy it.
