Hi,I have used a Remington for over 36yrs - Microscreen & usually purchase the 2 Block/Cutters 2Screens every 3 months or so & have never had any issues as such.Today i changed the Cutter/Screen with the recently ordered product & i have to say the shave was Very Poor - considering a New Cutter & Block it appeared & felt like the the replacements were Not the same...when i change the shave is smooth and doesn't irritate which usaully happens at the end of every 3 months hnece replacements as mentioned previously.When i purchesd this product it was Not from the usual supplier but was approx £4 Cheaper so i read the reviews and it did say that the order was Not in a Remmington Branded Packaging - but i thought ok will try which leads me to this RweviewI'm Not Confident this product is a Genuine Remmington Product - Why was it Not in the Genuine Remmington Packaging? also Why was it £4 Cheaper if its the Genuine Remington? my average cost over the last 4 yeatrs is around £14-18 & this product was much cheaper, Not in the Genuine Remington Packaging & Strangely enough it was the First Time i have ever experienced problems with this product - Sorry but i'm unable to give a Recommendation & will be requesting a refund(happy to send to product back) & will be re ordering from my usual source on Amazon in the Genuine Remington Packaging - Please Note Rob

Quick delivery which is essential for such an item. They seem as good as the original parts so far after a couple of weeks. The foils come in a small box but the blades are just in a small bag. It doesn't seem to have damaged them.EDIT. Blades seem to have gone blunt in the last week. Shame. Genuine blades lasted over a year in the past.

Had better in the past.The foils used to last longer.

Does the job for an older shaver. I find the Remington Shaver to be good one for me

The parts were compatible with the razor only in that they fitted it. After that I'm afraid all they did was confirm it was time to buy a new device given that Remington themselves were no longer supplying! Clearly manufactured to a lower standard, the blades struggled to an ineffective and uncomfortable shave. I bought a new Panasonic razor the next day - just to show Remington that built-in obsolescence should be a thing of the past in an age where sustainability should be paramount.
