Ordered 26" chain and it has several areas where the chain is entirely black. Not just tarnished, but black. Am trying to restore it using precious-metal jewelry cleaner but so far it's not working. Not Amazon's fault - the seller appears to have provided at least one sub-par item for Amazon to stock & ship.

it broke constantly , i lost a 400 dollar Thomas Sabo pendant, Never again the quality was just horrible . i would suggest buying this if you cant afford something better.
