Good stuff!
I'm a federal manager so I need to take advantage of all possible stress relief and reduction techniques that are out there! This is a good tasting tea and I can say that it has helped me a lot with managing stress or anxiety during the work day. It has a good taste and flavor. It's not harsh at all. Definitely smoother than I expected. And the price is decent. But if things get any crazier at work I may just have to start snorting it. If I go that route, I promise to come back with an updated review!

Relaxing and smooth
Delicious, warm, relaxing. Smells like Indian food which I’m actually here for. I carried some with me on my last vacation and drank this tea on my flights. Helped me feel relaxed even though I was sleep deprived.

Good for relaxing at night
I got it for my husband in particular. When I opened one and smelled it I worried it would be too herbal/strong smelling for his picky taste, but once brewed and with a little honey! It’s not how it smells out the packet. He said it smells like waffles lol. Once it was brewed and I smelled the cup that was true! To be frank, I got it bc I try to give him a nighttime tea bc he works late and tends to go for alcohol to relax :/ but tea like this really helps relax and get more settled for sleep.

Smells and taste like harvest in the fall…smiling
The tea is delicious! Like a hot cup of cider. The color is golden, smooth and hint of sweetness. Digest just fine and suppose to help with stress. I like that it is organic and hope for the best. Will update.
