received this bench in a dirty and damaged condition. The fabric has visible stains/marks, the stitching is coming apart in multiple places, and one corner is torn/damaged. There is also plastic wrapping/material hanging out from underneath, making it look poorly finished and not new at all. I ordered a new product from Amazon and expected it to arrive in clean, proper, and undamaged condition. Unfortunately, this bench looks like a defective or previously handled/used piece. Very disappointed with the quality and condition. I would not recommend buying this product.

Product was ok

The blue is different you gave me.its a teal blue I didn't want but an ultramarine blue. I expected a higher mattress and softer sponge. The one you have sent is hard to sit on. The golden legs are matte not shiny brass so I am not so pleased

This is an absolute worthless product for these three reasons. 1) the image shows height of the seat/foam higher than the actual 2) the colour of the seat/foam is not anywhere close 3) the depth/seat width is claimed to be 81.3 centimetres and it is 78 centimetres at best, that's 1.5 inches lesser than claimed. I put a measuring tape next to it and with the folds and creases it had, it was showing 79 centimetres. Don't buy it, you will waste your money.

Absolutely not like how it has shown

Size, quality, metal, sponge, everything is of low quality.. Feels like I got cheated.. Poor quality product. That's why they only replace it and no return policy is there, Bcoz everyone wants to return this product .

Not satisfied too small in size not even 2 people can sit on that comfortably
