Panasonic DMW-BCE10 Replacement Li-ion Battery for Panasonic Lumix Digital Camera - Retail Packaging

Mine worked fine as an additional battery for travel. Looks to be original factory equipment. Lots of these available now online from various suppliers, so no need to overpay. If cheap enough I suggest anyone pick up a couple of spare batteries for travel so you can keep shooting without worrying about a recharge. Get an inexpensive spare charger & recharge them all overnight for the next day. Takes awhile to recharge, perhaps 2 to 4 hours.

There is not a lot to say about a battery. It works as expected, meets all the specifications that were provided. The main reason I wrote this review is to respond to other reviews that were listed when I purchased the product indicating that this product misrepresented itself. It was for the camera that is said it was for and I expect that those who had a problem did not review the specs of their camera closely. Pop it in charge and it performs like the original

It is easy to buy the wrong battery. I did. Every letter matters in the serial number. My original battery had the suffix PP and this did not, but IT STILL WORKS. If you have a Lumix DMC-FX500, this is the battery you need. One note: Battery showed up completely uncharged, normally Li-Ion Battery ships 80% charged. I was worried, but I charged it and it seems to hold a charge. I tested it in my camera by recording for an hour and the battery held out, so all seems well.

THIS IS THE WRONG BATTERY FOR THE LUMIX DCE ZS1, which I just bought on Amazon. It should NOT be offered by Amazon as it does not fit the camera or the charger. i do not know why Amazon has mislead it's customers who trust Amazon for truthful and good customer service. Perhaps it is just an unintentional mistake. I bought 2 of these unusable batteries. Amazon, please remove these from the website for this item before other trusting customers are mislead into purchasing them. I understand that the sub contractor who sells the batteries charges S&H to return them. Amazon does not. I wonder if Amazon has any suggestions to remedy this unfortunate situation.

These DMW-BCE10 batteries are for Panasonic Lumix® Digital Cameras but be careful when you order them. They have 2-3 Letters after the BCE10 and that is very confusing since they all look alike! I had to order 3 times to get the right one. They are all just a little different and rechargers won't work if the size is not correct. It's not like buying a BCE09 or BCE07, or even a AA verses AAA. There are minute differences in dimensional sizes. CAUTION: Be sure you have the correct battery; check the letters after BCE10, they're the key to buying the right size.

I Picked this up in 2008 as an extra battery for my power hungry Lumix camera. It lasted through about 3 years of getting a full charge and was able to nurse another year out of it where I got about 50% of its original use per charge and finally last October it took its final breath and was gone. This battery is the real deal OEM and does exactly what it is suppose to.

It's a battery!!! But it's a really good, long-lasting one! Now over 5 yrs old, and still charges and works great...OEM type battery. Use in our "go-to" point-and-shoot camera which has seen heavy use all around the world. No different from the original camera battery.

Too costly, but as requested.

Ho protestato con loro per il ritardo con cui mi è arrivato il prodotto. Devo dire però che la qualità della batteria è ottima ed il rapporto con il prezzo è davvero buono. Peccato i tempi di consegna lunghi.

I ordered this as advertised for my camera. It had three anodes, i needed 4 and noting on line indicated the diffference. useless!
