Lanxivi 12 Fountain Pen Case Genuine Black Leather Organizer, Portable Pen Bag Pouch Drawer Style

Nicely made and quality leather. It holds many pens and looks good on my desk.

It’s perfect for my fountain pen collection and the magnet enclosure is very secure. It does, however, have an odd smell that quickly goes away.

Acquired this case for it being billed as made with full-grain leather, as opposed to "pleather" (aka vegan leather). Have come across products described as full-leather but actually a man-made substitute. On initial evaluation it appears to be a type of bonded leather. Either way, it should last longer than the artificial material. Will treat it leather conditioner as a start. The interior material is a short loop-nap fabric providing cushioning for inserted elements. No issues with it as all pens fit well.

The Lanxivi 12 Pen Case (color Vintage) is great. It is made of genuine "Crazy Horse Cowhide Leather," whatever that is. But whatever it is called the leather has an authentic realistic look, with varying tones of cowhide. I prefer this to other cases with PU leather that just look plastic and inauthentic to me. This leather gets little wear marks and scratches on it over time, and you can use a bit of leather conditioner (don't overdo it) to keep the leather from drying out. The inside is lined with fabric, lined dividers keep your 12 pens or pencils from touching, and two sets of hidden magnets do a good job of keeping the case closed. Beautiful case and a good value. Highly recommended. Note: if you prefer the "perfect" look of PU leather without the varying tones of the Vintage cases, one of the other colors will be a fine option for you.

Quality pen case that lasts! I now have six of them and love them.

I have purchased several of these organizers in leather. In particular, the black and coffee colors have proven to be of high quality and lasting value. However, I have had to return at least one Crazy Horse and am now convinced that this variety is of inferior craftsmanship. The Crazy Horse frequently comes with white spots covering the surface of the leather, and the last one I received has now buckled such that the flap points into the air. While I recommend two of these colors I emphatically do NOT recommend the Crazy Horse variety.

It arrived in surprisingly sturdy packaging, and it now houses my sterling silver pen collection, making them easy to store and access. The compact size makes transporting my entire collection effortless. From the crisp stitching and strong magnetic lid to the neutral black finish and velvety drawer lining, every detail hits the mark.

The leather is amazing, I only wish the inner fabric would be a bit smoother so the tray could slide out easily.

mooi afgewerkt maar er zit een sterke, verdufte geur in dit etui; ik heb het reeds twee weken buiten gelegd onder een afdak, maar de duffe geur blijft sterk. Ik wil mijn vulpennen niet in dit etui steken omdat die dan deze verdufte geur zullen overnemen. Telkens wanneer ik het etui heb vastgenomen, moet ik mijn handen gaan wassen. Het product zelf is mooi, maar door de schimmelachtige, vochtige geur is het product niet bruikbaar. Jammer.
