My first box had a broken seal and the seller moved quickly to replace it within 2 days. I quickly set up the new order and was surprised and delighted with the product. I've used it used it to dip my hands and feet and it works as stated. I've just purchased more wax for my next spa day. This is an added treatment that I really enjoyed.

The machine is supposed to melt the wax at any of the temp settings which it won't until it reaches 136 degrees on the setting. 136 is a little warm but it's the only setting melts the wax. The wax that came with this barely covers the bottom of the machine. You'll need to order your own to cover your hand or foot. I've only used it for my hand for post surgery therapy. The wax I bought was much better it had some body to it not as oily/runny as theirs. The wax that comes with this doesn't harden like it should, it's messy. I kept the machine because I need it for therapy and I'm working around it. I can leave it on all the time which is a big factor for me.

This was to replace a previously owned paraffin wax dip warmer. Unlike my old one, this one allows temperature adjustments. You also can program it to heat up on time for a nail client's appt. I had to purchase additional wax to use in this as it only comes with a small amount. I keep this warmer on 70° and use it twice a day on hands and my feet. I recommend this for keeping your feet and hands soft and supple.

The damn thing wouldn't start. We tried everything. My husband was really eagerly waiting for it but the heating element wouldn't come on. We checked everything. We did everything right. But after turning the power on it was supposed to show the temp but that won't show. We were frustrated and disappointed that the company did not test it before sending.

It works sometimes … figuring out the controls is so frustrating . Half the time it won’t turn on. Then I did get it to turn on it got it too hot and then I had to let it cool off. Why can’t it just have an on and off switch with different settings? I would not buy this again, but since I’ve used it, I cannot return it.

Recommended by my physical therapist, I couldn’t be more grateful! I treat my hands at least twice a week, and it is definitely helping with loosening up my very stiff joints. I purchased a separate wax that was more natural, but this bath machine is really nice! I know there is room for my feet, but I haven’t done that yet. My hands are very very happy!

I am very pleased with this purchase. I would have liked to have more wax included. However, the 2 included is sufficient, but you want to purchase more so that your whole hand is submerged without having to flip your hand around.
