what can you say its a relay does what its supposed to good item no problems

both relays came in their own little boxes within a large flat cardboard envelope, no protection like bubble-wrap, polystyrene wotsits, or anything else. Both the boxes containing the relays were crushed although the relays themselves look intact as they are cubes of plastic. i won't be able to tell if the pins are bent out of line until i try and fit them or if the electronic components inside still work until they are installed. Pretty poor show considering packaging is usually overdone by Amazon in my experience.

It worked well for my 2007 Jeep Liberty. It's a good alternative, since Mopar stopped manufacturing these 4-pin relays. Amazon's system says this relay does not fit a 2007 Jeep Liberty, but I knew that wasn't true, so I bought it. Only time will tell how good the quality is. I will update this review if anything happens. In the photo, you can see the old Mopar relay that I replaced.
