Won’t buy gain
No changes in my weight or diet, which is pretty healthy: meatless, low fat, no white flour, low sugar. So I won’t be buying again.

Sometimes I felt it was working. It does quiet the noise in the brain. Cravings are still there just not as strong. Won't buy again.

I am taking several supplements so its hard to tell which is effective. I have seen a little weight loss and may see more if I eat better. Wish it was a two month supply instead of 30 count
