Good product 💯quality is excellent, and it has proven to be quite effective. The nose clip helps reduce snoring and is very comfortable to wear. It comes in a plastic case, making it easy to use and portable. This product is a great value for the money

Difficult to place correctly, very lightly useful
It is very small, so it can slide up and down on the septum, took me a week to find the right spot and angle to place in the nose for best airflow into the nostrils. Even then not a huge difference, and snoring has not reduced at all. Overall not very effective. Online guidance for throat exercises and sleeping position is more helpful than using this product. Nose strips also help more than this.
