Great purchase very impressed

I am very pleased with this Craftsman impact driver. I almost didn’t buy it because of the high price but every time I use it I’m so glad I spent the extra money. I’ve had this driver for over 2 years now and have used it hundreds of times and it still works as good as the day I bought it. Never ran across a bolt it wouldn’t loosen or tighten with ease - and I’ve changed out just about every part on a vehicle with it including control arms, wheels (lug nuts) struts/shocks, motor and transmission bolts, and the main bolt in the rear axle (notoriously hard to loosen). It makes changing out lawn mower blades a breeze. I have only had to use the “3” setting, which is the highest power setting, a couple of times. Battery life - I’ve used this driver intermittently all weekend and still have plenty of battery left. The only “negative” I can think of is the weight (heavy), but with as much power as this Craftsman impact driver has, it’s a fair trade-off. Summary - This is a big boy driver for heavy duty projects; if you need a lightweight driver, buy a smaller one for when maximum torque is not required - but buy this driver as well to handle the big stuff. Don’t be cheap -a lot of impact wrenches can be found for considerably less money; but once you use this driver and experience the performance, you will understand why it costs more. You will not regret spending the extra money for this impact driver.

Gets those tires off in a hurry. Just a warning, she does have 700 foot pounds behind her, so, PLEASE, use a bar to tighten your nuts, a proper torque wrench would be better. Love, Every tire guy in town. This thing is a beast. 700 ft./lbs. of torque is no joke. This is a great quick tool that beats waiting for a compressor to spin up.
