⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointed – Did Not Keep My Peptides Cold I purchased the OUSHARES Insulin Cooler Travel Case specifically to transport temperature-sensitive peptides, but unfortunately it did not perform as expected. Despite following the instructions and fully freezing the ice packs beforehand, the internal temperature did not stay consistently cold for the length of time advertised. The temperature display was a nice feature, but it quickly showed the temperature rising, which made me worry about the effectiveness and safety of my medication. For short trips it may be adequate, but for extended travel I did not feel confident that my peptides were being kept within the recommended temperature range. The case itself is well-made and compact, and the TSA-approved ice packs are convenient. However, for a product marketed to protect sensitive medications, temperature performance is the most important factor, and that's where it fell short for me.
