quality product
Used this for my back fire escape metal slat stairs as they were very slippery with snow. The grip is excellent as is the adhesive. After about month with snow and rain they are still solidly attached and grippy.

Good quality product
Excellence quality product. Installed it on condominium staircases. They have a lot of foot traffic and are exposed to the sun. Have held up well and stay in. place.

I did a dance on the steps
I got this to apply to the indoor steps leading to the basement of my grandparent's house. Each step is only about 8-10" deep and they are painted, so when you have wet shoes it becomes a hazard to go up and down the steps. I cut a single strip to go near the edge of every step, about 1/4" back from the edges depending on the shape of the steps... you know how wooden steps wear with age, and had cracks and chips... So I had to make sure I applied the strips where they will stick the best. Feels close to 1/16" thick or less after applied, and has a gritty sandpaper texture... my fingertips were looking a tad rough after putting down a dozen strips. There's one small issue I should point out, if you're putting these down for older people, make sure you coach them on how to navigate over the strips... yes, it may seem ridiculous, but it changes a completely smooth flat surface to one that's irregular and partially rough. My grandfather's first attempt to go down the stairs made me more aware of this.... Here's why: He's so old now, his feet often drag on the floor as he shuffles along. He likes to wear a style of dress shoes with a squared heel edge that can get snagged on the smallest of bumps or ridges. Instead of sliding his foot from one step down to the next off of a smooth slick step, now he needs to actually step down by picking his feet up enough to not get snagged on the strips. Aside from having to retrain senior citizens on the dangers of shuffling down modified steps, it made it much easier for me to go up and down them. I've never felt safe in my entire life on those steps, always holding on for dear life as I traversed them. NOW I CAN DO A DANCE UP AND DOWN THE STEPS! Once I stuck them on, they really stuck to the steps. I really did dance up and down them to show my family how reliable this stuff is. I just ordered another roll to treat another set of slick indoor steps!

Very Good Product!
Very tough product, easy to install if your PREPARE the steps as instructed and make sure things are clean! I marked and cut the pieces before I began so I had things ready, along with my pie roller (since I did not have a rubber one) and a rubber mallet. If you roll back and forth and pound it well with the mallet, it will not come off. I have some on other steps for two years and they are still in place. It rains a LOT where I live and the wooden steps get quite slippery for people and dogs in the winter. I love these strips as they save a LOT of falls I am sure!

Qualité.
Un peu plus cher que l'autre marque que j'achetais, mais pas mal plus efficace.
