I’ve been on this supplement for about 6 months and I see a huge difference in my hair. It’s actually growing longer than it ever has! It doesn’t taste bad at all and the results speak for themselves! I will add a before and after in the photos. I highly recommend this product. Make sure you take it for a few months so you can actually see some progress and stay consistent!!

One of the best products I’ve tried!
WOW!! I shaved my head about a year ago and I’ve been using countless products to grow it back. While I haven’t been using this one long enough to see substantial results, It’s already working faster than anything else I’ve used. It is absolutely amazing for skin as well!! The Oder doesn’t smell the best, but the effects make up for it!

Definitely works on some of the areas
It works!! Husband no longer has vertical nail splits, & my nails are MUCH MUCH STRONGER!! As for hair benefit, my husband’s shedding in the shower, is MUCH LESSENED. Me? Not so much. Skin? My hubby continues to look much younger than his years. Me? ……..

It works!!
I never write reviews but I had to for this product. It truly works! My nails were breaking in the middle of my nail bed and I had lost a lot of hair at the front of my hairline. I’ve been taking this product for 5 months and my nails are stronger than they’ve ever been! I actually get compliments on them often. The patches of hair that I lost have completely grown back and I can see some baby hairs growing where I don’t even know I had lost hair. Get this product and stick with it!

Definitely seem to be effective
I’ve been using this for about a month, and it seems to be effective. I’ve noticed a difference in my fingernail strength and hair loss (wegovy) is not a concern. The pill size isn’t bad. I will say, they smell and taste horrible. But I take them every day despite this.
