I needed a multivitamin that wasn't a gummy, and didnt taste terrible. Thankfully, this pill has almost no taste. I couldn't barely stomach other tablets. This actually makes it easy to take my vitamins. Doesn't really smell either. Only thing I dont really love is that there is Maltodextrin in here. So debating if ill order again or try another capsule.
