When I need a good nights sleep I put 2 scoops in some hot water and I’m out. My wife adds some milk and uses 1 scoop of Beam. Tastes great and helps me relax.

I always take Melatonin and L-Theanine for my difficulty sleeping and hoped this product would be an improvement. Took it two nights in a row and had the worst nights ever, attempting to get to sleep. Did absolutely nothing to aid my sleep problem. On the third night I went back to the Melatonin and L-Theanine. My sleep pattern returned to what it was prior to trying this product. It may work for some, but did absolutely nothing for me, except waste money!!!

This stuff works. Ive used it sparingly to reset my sleep cycle when im up gaming all week and have to wake up early for work. I also recently used it on an overnight flight both times and it knocked me OUT. I had vivid dreams and when I came too I had a random podcast playing through my headphones. 1 scoop does the job 1 or 2 hrs ahead of time. I get no pay for telling you all this. It might be pricy at times but well worth it imo

Got this and almost finished with the 1st bag. Has helped me but really helped my husband fall asleep and stay asleep. Definitely recommend! Super tasty too.

I bought this in hopes it would solve my 2-4 am wake-up's; it didn’t however, I do fall back to sleep with minimal effort. I tried not using it a couple of nights this week, and I was wide awake with the struggle of getting back to sleep, so although it didn’t solve the several wake-ups, I can at least fall back asleep! I will say it’s a very watery drink, and the after taste might be hard for some, I drink it warm and add whey protein and heavy cream! This solved the after taste issue for me. Which is why I am giving it 4 stars, well that, and I can at least get back to sleep. Now, my son hated the taste. He also doesn't drink anything with artificial sweeteners. This is sweetened with Monk Fruit.

I don’t have problems falling asleep but the quality of my sleep isn’t great, I usually wake up stiff and groggy with back and hip pain. I took it for the first time and automatically felt sleepy soon after. Some reviews said they didn’t feel sleepy but as someone who falls asleep quickly it definitely made me sleepy. I fell asleep into a heavy sleep and woke up really early without a hip pain. Coincidence? Maybe not. I skipped a day and took it again last night and my back pain just feels sore now and my feet didn’t feel stiff as they normally do when going down the stairs in the morning. When you get great sleep your body is meant to repair itself during the night and I feel this has helped me with just that.

Taste Delicious, will keep you asleep, and put you asleep. I just for whatever reason stayed groggy the next morning and consistently had nightmares. Works great for thr spouse tho. If the price was cheaper this would be something they'd use for long term. UPDATE: Spouse started having the same issues. We ended up giving it away.

I’m an avid runner so recovery is super important to me and sleep is a major player in that! I get the BEST sleep I’ve ever gotten with this product. My watch has never said “at your best” when I wake up and I sleep through the night unlike other melatonin products. It’s expensive but it truly is high quality and tastes delicious. Will be repurchasing.
