I have found nothing good with this epilator since first using it. Half of the hairs are just getting cut and not tweezed. It takes forever to complete a small section because you have to keep going over it a ton of times. I fully charged it and it died in 20 mins. I bought this because it was on the cheaper side but it is not worth it. If you really want an epilator spend the money on a better one

Worked good at first. Was able to get arms and legs done but then it stopped working while being plugged in. It still held a charge. Today while cleaning it with the brush little metal balls fell out and now it’s making a weird noise and not really getting hairs out the way it’s supposed to. Bought this June 22 and it is July 6th. I ordered a more expensive Braun model so hopefully that holds up longer.
