Soft spot for a diary.
Having tried a number of diaries, I settled on this as it incorporates most of the features you might want: week-to-view, times, room for notes and an extremely practical whole year calendar unfolding on three pages which is rare yet extremely useful for planning long jobs, holidays or travel. The insert has several card holder pages and a zippered plastic pocket and it goes into a nicely bound fake leather binding that also has room for a notepad and a directory. At around A5 in size, it fits nicely in a bag or briefcase.
