Recently my wife had major cancer surgery. This is a great product for monitoring her when I leave the room. Simple to set up and works for what I need. Connects easily from down stairs - Has a speaker so I can communicate with her when needed. Has other features I do not need now but we will be helping mind our new beautiful granddaughter and I plan to bring this with us. If you need a super high quality monitor this might not work for you but for the price it is perfect for us.

This camera for its price is so good the night vision is perfect it has a very very long battery life and easy features and picture quality is very nice too 10/10

I bought this to use with my elderly patient who I stay overnight with. I love how clear the screen is and I can see him very well to monitor his breathing at night. I can change the settings for the brightness between 5 different options. I can change the volume sound from 9 different options. You can swivel the camera in any angle you need to, to ensure the camera is in the perfect spot to see well. The picture is very clean, not fuzzy at all like my last monitor I had. You can talk through it also which I love so that I can let him know I am coming when he calls for me. I love that you can set the monitor to where it turns the screen on when there is sound coming from the camera base and you can make the monitor vibrate when the camera picks up sound as well. You can see and hear very clearly through the monitor even with him laying in a pitch black room and the monitor brightness setting set on the lowest setting I can still see him very clearly. The top of the monitor shows what the temp is in the room that the camera is in, how much battery life you have left, and how much signal you have also. I love that you can carry it around the house with you and it stands up without having to be propped up or put on a stand etc. The charge on it lasts for 2 days before I have to hook it up to the charging cord and it takes about 1.5 hour to fully charge it back up with the monitor being off. You definitely get your money’s worth with this camera and monitor set and if anything were to ever happen to this one I will most definitely re order the same one again!

I wanted something durable & easy to use & the Nanio lives to these expectations. Its Plug & Play & intuitive. I didn't need to read lengthy manuals. I love the battery saver mode that only activates when baby is crying, the different volumes, which can be adjusted on the handheld unit with a touch as opposed to going into a screen & settings to do like most fancy high tech camera's. It's drop proof, and the handheld unit is easy to carry around the house. The night vision is a little grainy but still a big improvement from my older baby monitor. It needs to be recharged by early evening, late afternoon. The reception can fade out at times if if I am on the other side of the house as the place has pretty thick concrete walls. But it does the job that its meant to & i don't need a fancy complicated security monitoring device with all the bells and whistles. I also like that it is not app based for security reasons.

I love this monitor! It does not need Wi-Fi connection to work! The camera quality is good enough to see your baby and others who are in the camera, especially at night! I can see my baby yawn. I can see his arms moving his head moving works. Great quality is not HD or 4K but wasn’t looking for that anyway anyways.! as for the sound, it gets very loud I like that you can adjust the volume and that it picks up noise and go silent whenever there’s no noise! I was nervous because I didn’t think it would pick up the babies crying every now and again or whining, but it literally captures everything. They can hear the fridge opening. I can hear you snap your fingers. It’s literally good audio quality the battery last from when I put my vape to sleep at 11 PM till about 10 AM. I noticed that the battery is dying …Once I charge it. It’s ready for use!

Video quality is very good and able to hear clearly. Bought it for my parents and it worked pretty good. It assisted my mother in taking care of my dad as he was very weak and often times would try moving about on his own when she was not in the room with him. She was able to go in the room in time to assist him or speak to him to let him know that she would be with him soon before he tried to get up.

If you’re looking for a secondary monitor that’s easy to travel with and doesn’t need the hassle of Wi-Fi, look no further! Honestly, I would use this as my primary monitor but we were spoiled and gifted a Nannit as well. This is not quality image like a Nannit, but at the end of the day - we just want to be able to hear our kid, especially at this age. I love my Nannit for infants. The issue with Nannit is the security feature lock they do on Wi-Fi. You have to reset your camera and lock in the Wi-Fi at each location, which is kind of annoying. So I wanted something easy to travel with and NOT have Wi-Fi. This has been great, I’ve had no issues with volume or connection! Have had it for about 4 months now and it’s been to FL and both grandparents’ houses. Small and compact, could fit in ziploc gallon bag or makeup bag if needed. Holds a charge. Easy buttons for grandparents to know how to use controls. Also have had no issue with taking this outside on the back porch while baby is across house in upstairs bedroom. **Picture: looking into pack n play THROUGH pack n play netting. Quality isn’t bad at all! Just thrown off because of the netting*

It has some points that could be improved, but it works fine in a pinch. The camera sometimes freezes the image, affecting the video transmission quality, and the monitor-to-camera microphone occasionally doesn’t work. The good points: • It’s affordable • Has night vision • Comes with a pre-recorded music set for the baby • Good transmission range, allowing you to move around the house without losing the signal

This is a great little monitor. We knew we didn't want a WIFI monitor and so for our first child we had purchased a Philips Avent, which was perfect for us. The power button on the Philips finally failed and we had liked it so much that we wanted the same model again, but they are now discontinued. This Nannio is literally identical except for a few subtle cosmetic changes to the plastic housing. Either it's made by the same manufacturer that was building them under license for Philips, or Nannio has taken over the Philips monitor factory, or whatever! Same great monitor that we liked before. Battery life is good, night vision is decent, and the adjustable noise gate and eco mode work as expected. We found out that the buttons failing on the Philips was a semi-common issue so while i'm not sure if the issue has been corrected on the Nannio or not we're now very gentle with the power button presses. In fairness to the Philips, the old one was dropped pretty hard a few times by my daughter so that may have had something to do with it.

I LOVE this monitor! I was going to buy a more expensive monitor but I'm so glad I didn't. This baby monitor is PERFECT. The unexpected thing that I LOVE about this monitor is it's compact size - huge PLUS! It literally fits in my back pocket, so I can zoom around the house and hear baby No Problemo. The other unexpected PLUS is that it does NOT do motion sensitivity. My baby is a mover and a shaker - I don't need an alert/inadvertent shower of anxiety every time my baby shifts. Video quality is GREAT. The only noticeable negative is that as far as I can tell the camera needs to be plugged into the USB port to work. So you made need to buy an extension cord but it hasn't been a problem for us. I want to write a Pulitzer Prize worthy essay on this baby monitor - that's how much I LOVE it. The unexpected in this life often has a negative tone so major cause for WOW/celebration/elongated voice notes to friends when a baby monitor offers unexpected joy in this short, short life. Buy, buy, buy! And for those of you who are saying "why should I buy it if it's not going to bring me unexpected joy given the spoiler alert tone of this review?" I reply "price, baby price - go buy something wonderful for yourself (I know your last on the list at the moment with baby on the scene) with the money you save in not buying an unnecessary bells and whistles monitor (we do not need the bells and whistles, they are the modern day Sirens)." I forgot to mention the temperature, this monitor tells you the temperature of the room which is amazing because life always feels freeeeeeezzzzzing cold to me and I don't want to overdress baby (a sleep deprived brain which spends most of its day trying to translate baby appreciates an objective observation)!
