These supplements are a good way to get what the body needs.

After looking at all the available vitamin varieties in shops and on line, I decided to buy another 365 of these. Of course they now cost more than the last bottle but they still compare well in price terms with others. They are easy to swallow despite their size and the partly-peel-off-label provides further detailed information. The only downside is that until they have been purchased, this information (percentages of various components, not vital warnings etc.) can not be read. Ask your Medical adviser, but as I age I have been advised to double the dose in dull, wet times with little input of sunlight. Good, absorbable source of vitamin D.

Good value for money, but just be aware the best before date does expires by a few months, the time time the two year supply is finished. Still happy though!

Seems to work well for me! Definitely find myself with a bit more energy every day. I only take these, in terms of supplements, minerals, vitamins, etc. and I find it's really all I need. One a day is a must! These are easy to swallow and don't have any kind of nasty taste or odor like with a lot of multi-vitamins. Love them.
