I've been impressed with this weight bench. It's holding up well under frequent use. It's very comfortable while using and it folds up great for storing in small spaces. It's very adjustable for use by a variety of people. It's quick to adjust the angles and heights during use. It's sturdy and stable.

This is an okay workout bench that mimics the ones you'd see in the gyms but with a few differences. The plastic feet keep coming off when you move the bench around. The space between the two benches is larger than expected, leaving your lower back unsupported. And lastly, the reason it got docked a star (it really should be 1.5 stars) is that when you try to go to the lowest setting for the decline bench the system collapses to the absolute extreme meaning you only really have a "small" usable decline before you are back to flat. This appears to be something with the bench itself and the support beam that holds the seat. Other than that it's a usable bench.

To see how simple it is, we put the bench together, mostly with my wife. She was able to understand the directions quite well as they were given. After that, assembly was quite simple and only took her 30 minutes. She did call me in once to assist hold something, but she eventually decided she didn't need me. In addition, we had to figure out how to lock the cross leg into a flat position and solve the under portion at the base. This was the trickiest part, but we managed to solve it.

The instructions weren't the most clear to get this up and running, but I figured it out. It definitely seems gym quality so far and has nice adjustments and extras with the ankle grips and handles. We are enjoying it so fat and it is easy to use and folds up compact if you want to stow it away. Definitely recommend.

This is a great bench for the price. it's solid, it looks good, it was easy to assemble, it's comfortable.The adjustment spring pins that came with my bench were sticky and it was hard to get them to work initially, but that's my only complaint.

I got this instead of just opting for a better quality flat bench thinking that it would be useful to have for the occasional flat bench. Big mistake. A flat bench will be way more sturdy than this--even a less expensive one. If you think you'll very seldom use the adjustments, just opt for a sturdier, cheaper flat bench.If you do want to use the adjustments on here, you'll be disappointed because they're super cumbersome. It's not a simple drop pin adjustment, you have to screw the pin into place. Including unscrewing and retightening everything, it takes about a minute to adjust a single pin. Way too long.If that's not enough to convince you to skip this bench, the fabric started ripping less than a month after I got it. I'm nowhere near the weight limit, so there's no reason that should happen. Disappointed in this bench. I wasn't expecting commercial quality, but I was expecting to be able to use it for months without damage. Not the case.
