first class television
Panasonic TX-24E302B 720p HD Ready 24-Inch LED TV with Freeview HD - Black (2018 Model) is a great television and being 24 inch means it is one which will suit a bedroom.I love Panasonic as anything I have purchased from the brand have always given me first class service over a number of years. The first thing I have noticed about this television is the actual light weightiness of it meaning it is the perfect television to be attached to the wall using a bracket. It was first of all so easy to set up, with very little work from me I hasten to add.I simply followed the very clear instructions both the written which was included with the television and the information which was available on the screen. Within minutes I was set up and ready to go. My DVD and Firestick were also quickly installed. The speed at which everything worked was great and so far I am very pleased with my purchase.I picked this television instead of the Smart Panasonic model was mainly because I have my FireStick which provides me with all the channels and programs I would require via my Broadband services etc. This is a very good looking sleek model, it provides a first class visual experience and the volume for my own personal needs is everything I need.If you want a simple basic television this is a first class purchase. I love the fact that it will automatically turn off if I do not change the channel after a period of time which has proven very useful especially for those nights I fall asleep with the television on.The TV Guide when displayed does mute the television though when you change the channel a notification of program playing will be displayed at the bottom of the screen. The Remote control is very good and I like the fact the buttons are a good size and even my chubby fingers can use it with ease.Panasonic TX-24E302B 720p HD Ready 24-Inch LED TV with Freeview HD - Black (2018 Model) is an excellent television and one I am very happy to recommend as a television which works with clarity and power.Happy to recommend.

Quality TV
Brilliant little telly!... So easy to set up, and seems to be a quality product!... I am still using other Panasonic equipment that I bought years and years ago, and all still perform wonderfully!... Panasonic always providean instruction manual, which is very helpful!.. (none of this having to go on line rubbish!)... The TV is a littlegem, with a great picture, and sound, and outputs for connecting to amp or head-phones... (great price too!)

The smallest TV I've ever owned
This was purchased for a bedroom (I know. I always said that we never would, but . . . ) where we'd previously 'tested' having one for a while with an old 'spare' 32" TV and decided that perhaps it was worth having one for those odd occasions, but that we needed something much smaller and not to spend too much on it.This is certainly smaller and it ended up being cheaper than we thought it would be!I doubt that we'd ever sit (lay?) in bed and watch a film on this, as it's too small for how far away it is from the foot of the bed, but it certainly doesn't dominate the corner of the room like the 32" did and it's fine for a lazy Sunday morning catch-up on the news with a cuppa. So it depends on what you want and where you put it. I can see it working well in a larger kitchen where you have space, but don't want a big TV or, like us, as a now and then watch in a bedroom. Or perhaps a small kids room or home office? It's easy to set-up, as it's a simple TV, so there's no SMART functions to play around with and no Wi-Fi etc. although we did check for a software update via a LAN cable off of our Hub before taking it to the bedroom. With no aerial point in the room, we have an Amazon Fire TV in one of the 2 HDMI ports to get Prime, Netflix & BBC iPlayer, ITV Hub etc.The sound isn't too bad for a small TV and works ok for what we want, so there's no need for a soundbar.Although we're not intending to use the DVB Freeview channels, we plugged it in to another TV's aerial when we got it to complete the initial set-up and the picture quality seemed very good with full HD Freeview channels (BBC One - 101 etc.).A minor issue is the lack of an on / off switch, so unless you switch it off at the plug you have to live with the small red standby light. Piece of black tape? But overall a decent little TV for not much. There was another issue for us - it arrived 2 days earlier than planned. Good I hear you say? No. It was a surprise present so the recipient was in when it arrived, not at work as planned for it's scheduled delivery date - so they got an early 'Happy Birthday!'But . . . following a quick feedback email to Amazon to say please stick to your scheduled delivery dates in future to help customers plan, to say sorry they gave us a £20 credit - so thank you Amazon!

A Great bedroom TV
Bought to replace a dead 22" Samsung TV in the bedroom. I was initially a little concerned that it wasn't full HD only 'HD Ready' but at that price . . . ? AND a Panasonic . . . it had to be worth a go. It was! As usual, with TVs this size, don't expect great things from the speakers . . . they're, at best, OK. (I use it with a small, ageing 5.1 decoder system so it's not an issue for me.)My only real gripe with it is that it can take a little while to start up if you were last watching one of the external inputs and that device is off when you next turn on the TV. It seems to take a while to decide what it's going to display. You have to wait for this to happen before you can choose your own input - It's a minor niggle for a Panasonic at such a good price. (And it has TWO HDMI inputs!)
