So puffy! So fun!
Amazing! This stuff is SO FUN. It didn't puff at all with my hair dryer, but it puffed perfectly with my heat gun (which gets much hotter). Anyone whose paint isn't puffing, you might need to try a hotter hair dryer or a heat gun.

Do not work!
The colors are bright and exciting, but that’s the only good thing about these puffy paints. I had to struggle just to get the ink to come out, and even after using a hair dryer as directed, the paint never puffed up. It just stayed flat no matter how many times I tried. My daughter was so disappointed because she was really looking forward to seeing the “puffy” effect. Very frustrating and not worth the money.

Not the puffy you remember from the 90’s
I was disappointed at first because I’m a millennial and I was expecting a thick paint to come out like when I used puffy paint as a kid. What came out of the pens was water. Colored water, but still clear and it quickly absorbed into the fabric and was not visible at all, so I was very angry. Then I read instruction and got out my hair dryer and set it to high heat. It made a huge difference. Still not as thick and 3D as I would have liked.

Puffy paint
Purchased to decorate shirts as a craft with my oldest granddaughter. She loved painting on clothes free-hand and using stencils I had purchased previously. We did the hair dryer together for safety, to puff up the paint. It was cool to see it puff up. I would suggest putting wax paper between layers, so you don't have bleed through.

Doesn't work
Don't bother. Paint stuck in tube as soon as I peeled the cap off. Not for children. Too difficult to squeeze out.

They don’t puff up
Shiny and colorful, but they did NOT puff up after many attempts and heating it with a hair dryer. I was very disappointed and ended up going to Michael’s and buying a completely different brand (Scribbles) that worked perfectly. If you’re looking for puffy, don’t buy these ones.
