This is a great supplement that I believe has helped lower my blood pressure naturally, have purchased several times.

In December 2021 my CAC score was 179. I started taking this product in April of 2025. I have been taking it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. I had my CT scan done today and my score was 349 so this product did not work for me. My blood pressure did not drop with this product either. I am disappointed and will move on to a third party test product.

Be aware that the serving size in order to get 12000 FU is TWO capsules. Yes, the bottle does disclose this in a tiny font. I wouldn't have bought this for this price had i been aware of this. UPDATE: After feeling very sedated, I investigated this dosage of nattokinase through AI and discovered that 12000 FU is an enormous dose and has several significant health risks, including dangerous-t0-fatal bleeding if other blood thinners are concurrently taken.

I bought this and it all sounds great, and it really ought to have the enteric coating so that it makes it to your gut. Otherwise it might not be doing what it is intended to do. Im not certain if this had that and I don't think it does. Just dont waste your money, do your research.

I have taken these religiously on an empty stomach as directed for over two years. This nattokinese has made no difference in my artery ultrasound results. I just switched to another nattokinese that does not contain soy. It also has 15,000fu Nattokinese, and contains high dose Serrapeptase, plus Amla extract. It is 3rd part tested unlike this one. When I call customer service, they are extremely helpful and are from th U.S. I just learned that a great Nattokinese supplement should Not contain soy! This Nearing brand contains Soy and there is no phone number on the bottle for customer service.

I will be honest, I bought this to just try out. I was not expecting much. I didn’t notice a change right away. I take one in the morning and evening. After a few weeks I got to feeling good. I am now over a month into it and I feel great. I have so much energy and I am seldom hungry. Getting more exercise and eating less I am losing weight. I like the results so started my husband on it too. I plan to keep this going. If you try it I hope you have the same results.

I have been taking recommendated 2 capsules a day since April 2025. Recently in the past couple months I have determined that this formulation of Nattokinase is causing a very obnoxious metallic-like taste in my mouth and a distress in my upper esophageal pathway in ease of swallowing. I have performed an ABAB testing schedule of no Natto for ten days followed by taking Natto for ten days, and so on. That test in A condition shows it takes me about six days to clear the nasty symptoms, then feeling feeling fine for four days, in condition B taking the Natto I get the symptoms very dramatically within two days and cannot continue. Online searches suggest that such nasty metal-like taste symptoms are caused by the formulation of the Natto or the enteric coating.
