I’ve suffered with low testosterone and libido my whole life, both my parents have high estrogen. I am 39 eat very healthy, sleep 9 hours, exercise religiously and live a stress free lifestyle. I’ve accepted that I had a problem but I do what I can and simply take ed meds when needed!One day it just stopped working even on a double dose of cialis and viagra I struggled to maintain wood. Gives me more energy and helps with my mood. Not sure about testosterone boost, but it makes my day better for sure. I say that because I stopped using it for a month and my mood went down unexpectedly, but I felt good again after a few days back to supplementing. I like to combine with tribulus terrestris.

Great supplement, doesn't cause any kind of stomach upset or anything like that, but I did notice a small handful of capsule split open for whatever reason. It's honestly not a huge issue and at the end of the day the product is quality enough and the value is there such that it doesn't matter, but figured if it's a concern for you, it's worth knowing that happens.

I paired this with Tongkat ALI and over 1 year without any other lifestyle or diet changes and my Testosterone level went up 175 pts from 325 to 500. I'm 57.
