Love the digital frame

We bought this frame and had some connection problems at first (instructions were clear but it just wasn't working). Customer service was extremely responsive via email, they even created a quick app update for me to download that fixed the problem!The app is super easy to use, we created a folder in Google photos that I shared with family members. Now everyone drops photos into that folder and they automatically appear on the frame! Very very easy and looks nice. We are so impressed we're buying a second one!

I would give it 5 stars if it had airplay and a native google photos app.

So here is the problem. I bought this for my mother. She is not at all tech savy and I wanted her family to send her pictures so that she could see them. They advertise so many ways for their tech to work but their software is trash.The email function does NOT work. So I had to create a bypass by using google photos collab function.The google album works BUT if you add photos to the album, the admin has to delete the album in the app then re-add the album so the new photos can be populated.This is not ok. We cannot use AWS because the software is not working correctly and it does not update the data from google photo. So how the hell is it intended to work if it does update when people add pictures to it the albums.DO NOT BUY THIS. ITS GARBAGE SOFTWARE AND WILL NOT WORK AS ADVERSTISED.

Really Nice frame. Easy to download once you get it all set up. It does take quite awhile to finish if you have a lot of photos. You can only download a limited amount (like 30) at a time.
