can't use the rowing aspect because parts missing. cable is too loose for a full range of motion. seat is designed for people under 5'5".

Overall, a good piece of kit for a fair price. Instructions for assembly do need studying closely and thoroughly but with a bit of patience you’ll have it together in about 4 hours. I really like how the nuts and bolts are blister packed together in stages, excellent idea.Once assembled, the gym feels sturdy and of good quality. The motion on the cables and pulleys is smooth and consistent and even with the lightest weight, still return to starting position. A little tip, if the motion doesn’t feel smooth, you need to slacken off the pulley bolts/nuts. Also, it doesn’t take up too much floor space.Only thing I would say is, if you’re over 6ft tall you won’t get full range of motion on some exercises. Also, could do with more position selections for the chest press, as it seems it’s either 2 far in front or behind for starting position.The poster that came with it for exercise diagrams was limited but a quick search on YouTube/google and you’ll find that you can exercise pretty much every muscle on this multi gym.To sum it up, I’m glad I spent a bit more than I initially wanted to. The sturdiness and quality of this gym are worth it and it will last a lot longer than cheaper multi gyms. My girlfriend and I use it 3 times a week (each) and we’re very happy with it.
