this strap is padded and comfortable. Additionally. I am 6 foot 3 and the strap works for alto, tenor or baritone.

Oops...I dropped my sax - NOT!
I played a lifetime ago and now I have a horn and see that people use fancy harnesses because they are lightweights. This neck strap is old school and there's nothing like the feeling of straggling yourself and getting neck pains from a heavy horn.
